Custom projects do take time so please discuss your timetable. Depending on the design, projects take anywhere from 2-8-weeks.
The client will need to be available for an initial in-person or remote design meeting. Ree will provide the precise price information for the completed project once the final materials have been agreed upon (stone(s), findings, etc). Please note, once agreed upon by client and purchased, these items cannot be returned or refunded.
Further consultation during the design process may be necessary depending on the project and the needs of the client. The client will be informed of progress and can contact the Studio to check-in anytime on the status of the project!
A non-refundable deposit will be paid by the client, usually 40-50% of the total price. Once received, production can begin. The time frame will be communicated prior to starting any labor on the piece. The customer will let us know at the time of the deposit payment if they require any further approvals during the production process, which might affect the time frame.
Balance is due at the time of pickup / shipping.
Ree is committed to seamless communication and transparency during the custom process. Therefore, custom project items and stones are non-returnable and non-exchangeable with no exceptions. Thank you for understanding.
