All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS from Chadds Ford, PA, USA. Each piece is made to order so please allow 2-4 weeks for your item. Many items are in stock and will ship immediately, but many need to be created to meet your specific choices. NOTE: if you have a certain timetable you need to meet, please contact the studio. All packages shipped are insured, so please contact the studio with concerns. For international shipments, there are absolutely NO returns or exchanges and there is an additional shipping rate (approx. US$90.) All purchases are securely processed and your personal information is only used for your order. After credit card authorization is received and your order is processed, you will receive an order shipment confirmation.
Returns must be approved by the Studio and received back to us within seven days from shipment of your order. Returns to the studio must be FULLY INSURED and properly packaged in a box to prevent damage. Returned merchandise must be in ts original condition. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit, so please resolve with your shipping carrier. Contact Studio for return address.
While repairs are very rare, sometimes things do happen. Free repair provided on any item damaged within 30 days of purchase. Items that need repair after 30 days may be returned to the studio, but must receive authorization and include a check for the estimated damage and/or return shipping and handling. Please contact the studio to receive a Return Authorization.
