While repairs are very rare, sometimes things do happen. Free repair provided on any item damaged within 30 days of purchase at no cost.
After 30 days, many repairs are small and might be free of charge, with the exception of return shipping. The cost for a small repair starts at $25 and includes shipping and handling. Items with serious damage needing repair after 30 days, may be returned to the studio for evaluation.
The same is true for replacement earrings.
