TIMETABLE Each piece is made to order so please allow 2-4 weeks for your item. Many items are in stock and will ship immediately, but many need to be created to meet your specific choices. PLEASE NOTE: if you have a certain timetable you need to meet, please contact the studio.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING For international shipments, there are absolutely NO returns or exchanges and there is an additional shipping rate (approx. US$90.) Contact ree@reegallagher.com to process international orders and please note international shipping fees do not include the duties, taxes and import fees which may be incurred for any order shipping outside of the United States. Each customer is individually responsible for the unique duties, taxes and import fees of their locale.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED over $500
Most items priced over $500 will have a signature requirement upon delivery unless waived by the customer.
LOST or DAMAGED ITEMS All packages shipped are insured, so please contact the studio with concerns.
Damaged items: Please keep or take pictures of the packaging as you received it, if damaged in transit.
Lost items: If you feel an item has been lost, please contact the studio directly and we can issue a replacement and file a claim for lost or stolen merchandise.
